These terms govern your use of the Vapelounge website and any order placed through it. Please read them before shopping with us.
Age restriction
Our products are intended solely for existing adult smokers and vapers aged 18 or above. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this age requirement, and we may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect otherwise.
Orders and payment
Orders can be paid for by cash on delivery, Easypaisa or JazzCash. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if delivery details are incomplete, or if we are unable to verify the order.
Product authenticity
Every product we sell is sourced from authorised distributors. If you believe you have received a non-genuine item, contact us immediately so we can investigate and put it right.
Returns and exchanges
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Opened e-liquids and used devices cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the item is faulty.
Limitation of liability
Vaping products carry inherent risks and should be used responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Vapelounge is not liable for misuse of any product purchased through the site.
